Description

Sector coupling with the SOLARWATT Manager

KACO inverters operate using the Sunspec TCP protocol, which allows connection to the SOLARWATT energy management system and thus the control of wallboxes, heat pumps, and other appliances. Work is currently underway on the manager-side integration.

Those who do not want to forgo energy management in the short term can use an energy meter (EnergyMeter RLS/alternating current meter) for the connection:

• Install the KACO WR according to the commissioning instructions (operating mode: normal operation)
• Connection via S0 meter to the EnergyManager pro
• Connection via S0 meter to the Manager Flex

Pros and cons

• Sustainably produced
• ideal for everyday use
